Jatipulo Residents Happy to Receive Dapur Qurban Food

Residents of RW 06, Jatipulo, Palmerah, West Jakarta seemed to enjoy each bite of their foods. For information, those foods were made by Grand Cempaka Hotel and distributed by Jakarta Government in order to commemorate Eid al-Adha.

"The meat is really tender and tasty. I think it's hard to cook meat as tender as this," expressed Dayu (37), resident of RT 05/06, Jatipulo on the location, Monday (8/12).

"It is a good program. We had never tasted five-star hotel cuisine before and now we can have this opportunity. I hope this program could continue next year," she conveyed.
Other resident from RT 12/06, Eva (35) also said to enjoy the tasty meal made by Grand Cempaka Hotel chefs. According to her, beef stew is made from variety of herbs that make it very tasty and rich.
"I hope next year people can get this assistance on Eid al-Adha. So, we don't have to buy seasonings and cook it," she added.
Grand Cempaka Hotel Executive Chef, Kuat Prihartono explained, his side received 300 kilograms from PD. Dharma Jaya around 1:30 AM on Monday. Then his team used the meat to cook beef stew until 10:30 AM and put it in food boxes at 1:05 PM.
"There are around 1,000 food boxes in total. Each box contains of rice, beef stew and balado egg. We make beef stew because children and adult can eat it since it is not spicy. While balado egg for those who want spicy dish," he said.
Jatipulo Urban Village Head, Ari Kurnia conveyed, those food boxes we
re distributed to residents in 18 RTs of RW 06."Previously, we have listed people who deserve this assistance. Total 300 people receive foods from this program," he asserted.
